Cobra administration

COBRA administration is a complex Federal law and the responsibility of the EMPLOYER. Why not outsource that responsibility to a third party administrator specializing in all aspects of the law? If you are subject to this law, you must be 100% in compliance.

Who must comply? Companies that have 20 or more employees who work 50% of all typical business days during the preceding calendar year must be in compliance with COBRA laws.
